Our attraction and selection process provides rigorous examination of ‘fit’ between the Graduate and Employer, and we work collaboratively with you to ascertain your key requirements in alignment to your business and people strategy. We then work hard to deliver a candidate who will have a positive impact on your organisation.
We offer further services such as our Mentoring Program, which has been developed for both the Graduate and their Line Manager. It is designed to accelerate the productivity of your Graduate, and support them in the real world of work. It will also assist the Manager to integrate the graduate into their team and give them meaningful work, stretch goals, and regular and structured feedback.
